Hello, readers mine… er… so, many of you know that I publish through Smashwords. You may have been wondering why. You see, Smashwords is an aggregator. This does require a lot more work on my end–the books have to be cleaned of behind-the-scenes junk code by copying the raw text into Notepad, copying it back, and then reapplying all of the formatting, for example.
But on the upside, Smashwords automatically publishes my book to various other online stores such as the Apple Bookstore, Barnes & Noble, and elsewhere. You buy them there, I still receive my fair share of the earnings. So, er… just one thing…
